Very Olde St. Nick Notorious 17 Year - 2024

A Very Special barrel of Kentucky Bourbon Distilled in 2007 and aged in Preservation's own warehouse in Bardstown, which is quickly becoming known as one of the best as some of this older juice is finally ready to bottled. This delicious whiskey was dumped and bottled in March of 2024, shortly after turning 17 and very recent cold spell that winter really dried the wood out and made for some seriously extracted whiskey. Most of the barrel's 120 bottle yield were reserved for our Friends and Family.
