Jewish Whisky Company Heaven Hill 15 Year - 2013

On the nose: Marzipan, maraschino cherries, vanilla, and a hint of dill pickle brine. Flavors on the mouth: Cinnamon and nutmeg, charred sticks, brown sugar and barbecued fennel. Finish: Long and warming with sweetness to the front but a nice savory note to the back.
